What to expect
Our process always starts with in-depth requirements gathering, during which we become familiar with your need. After gathering project requirements, our teams will align on a scope of work, drafted by us unless your team prefers otherwise. Once the scope is confirmed, and we have all necessary access, we proceed according to the outlined schedule and scope. Before a project starts, we agree upon things like preferred communication method, progress update cadence, etc.
